        • We reserve the right to remove any paid listing that violates these Terms or our content standards. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

        • EnumclawEvents is not responsible for performance outcomes such as event attendance, revenue, or traffic related to paid promotions.

        4. Refund Policy

        All sales for paid listings are final. We do not issue refunds except under the following limited circumstances:

        • A duplicate payment was made in error and verified by our system.

        • Your paid listing was not published due to a technical error on our part and we are unable to correct it in a timely manner.

        We do not issue refunds for:

        • Low attendance or lack of performance
