The Prophet and His Bride Picnic takes place Saturday, August 15, 2026 from 10 AM to 4 PM at Nolte State Park near Enumclaw and Black Diamond, Washington.
Hosted by Vortex O.T.O. – Ordo Templi Orientis, this annual celebration commemorates the Feast of the First Night of the Prophet and his Bride. Guests are invited to enjoy a relaxed community picnic atmosphere with potluck food, outdoor games, and social activities throughout the day.
Activities include Qabalistic Croquet, frisbees, boomerangs, poetry readings, and open community gathering spaces. The event is open to the public and welcomes families and leashed dogs.
A potluck feast begins at noon. Parking at the park is first-come, first-served, and attendees will need either a Washington State Discover Pass or day-use pass.
Good to Know
Dogs are welcome but must remain leashed. Attendees are expected to follow all park rules and regulations. Volunteers for setup, cleanup, and feast coordination are encouraged to contact the organizers.
