Public event. Anyone on or off Facebook can attend. Event duration is 45 minutes. Guests are encouraged to bring their nest, including yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets. You may also want to bring a journal and pen, cushion or pillow, and a water bottle. No experience is needed. The description says the session takes place upstairs in the loft at The Magickal Earth.
