Join us for a beginner level herbal education class with Certified Herbalist Sydney Bridges.

This class explores the history and traditional uses of medicinal herbs dating back thousands of years, with roots in ancient civilizations including Egypt, Mesopotamia, India, and China. Learn how herbal practices have evolved and how many modern medicines are derived from plant based remedies.

You will discover how common herbs and spices can be used safely and effectively in everyday life. Topics include:

• Herbal teas
• Tinctures
• Compresses
• Immune support
• Inflammation reduction
• Heart health support
• General wellness applications

There are over one hundred herbs and spices that can be consumed or used topically for wellness. This class will focus on accessible, beginner friendly options you can begin using right away.
