Winter Soul-stice Celebration
Help us plan. Tap Going or Interested:
Event Description:
Join Yoga Culture and Kirsten Hougland for a warm, heartfelt gathering to honor the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year and a sacred moment of reflection, intention, and renewal. This seasonal celebration invites the community to slow down, soften, and reconnect as we weave together creativity, mindful movement, and shared nourishment.
The evening begins with a cozy Yule-inspired craft, offering participants the chance to create symbolic tokens of light, protection, and gratitude to carry into the winter season. After crafting, guests will move into a grounding yoga practice designed to support release and restoration, helping the body open and the spirit brighten.
We’ll close with a seasonal potluck featuring nourishing dishes and meaningful conversation, creating space for community connection during winter’s quiet embrace. Wear comfy white clothing, bring a small dish to share, and prepare for a soul-warming evening centered around intention, creativity, and shared light. Longest night. Be the light.
