Peak Gymnastics presents a focused Skills Clinic for girls ages 6+ on Saturday, Sept 20, 2025 (9:00–10:30 AM) at their Enumclaw gym (1725 Garrett St, Suite 1). This 90-minute clinic gives young gymnasts concentrated practice time to build strength, coordination, and confidence on the beam.
The session will concentrate on cartwheels and handstands on beam, using short, age-appropriate progressions, coached drills, and spotted station work. Coaches will break skills into manageable steps, offer one-on-one spotting where needed, and provide corrective cues so each athlete leaves with clear next steps to practice.
This clinic is ideal for:
- Beginner to developing gymnasts who want to learn or tighten up cartwheels and basic handstand balance on beam
- Gymnasts seeking extra-rep practice in a small-group, coach-led environment
- Parents who want a supervised skill session focused on safe progressions and proper technique
