Trick or Treat on Cole

Get ready for a spooktacular evening in Downtown Enumclaw. The annual Trick-or-Treat celebration returns to Cole Street, bringing a safe and fun Halloween experience for the whole family. Local businesses will hand out candy, community organizations will host pop-up treat stations, and downtown will transform into a festive Halloween wonderland.

What’s Happening:

• Candy Galore: Local shops and organizations will be passing out treats to trick-or-treaters of all ages.
• Pop-Up Treat Stops: Businesses from near and far will join in with decorated booths and plenty of candy.
• Community Celebration: Families, neighbors, and friends coming together to enjoy Halloween in Enumclaw.
• Costume Parade: Show off your creative, spooky, or silly costume as you explore downtown.
• Safe Streets: Cole Street will be closed from Monroe to Marshall, ensuring a safe and enjoyable event for all participants.

Important Note: This event is for families and children. Political organizations and campaign activity are not permitted.

For Businesses and Organizations:
If you’d like to participate as a candy stop, we’d love to have you join.

• Bring a tent, table, decorations, and candy (expect large crowds—last year’s candy spend averaged around $500).
• Setup starts at 2 PM when the roads close. Be ready by 4 PM. Streets reopen at 7 PM.
• Booths can be placed anywhere along Cole Street between Monroe (near Espresso Stop) and Marshall.
• Do not block business entrances or driveways. Keep the center of the street clear for trick-or-treaters.
• Suggested locations include crosswalks at Initial and Myrtle, in front of parking lots, or between Stevenson and Initial.
