Join the Chapter Crafters Book Club at the Enumclaw Library — a relaxed, low-pressure reading group built for busy adults who love books and want to make while they talk. We meet monthly with a theme (chosen from our Clever Categories Box) so there’s no assigned reading pressure; instead, you decide what to read that fits the theme. If you craft, bring an unfinished project and enjoy social stitching, knitting, journaling, or whatever keeps your hands busy while you chat.
Each meeting is friendly and conversational: tell the group what you loved, what you hated, or what left you feeling “meh.” We’re a welcoming crowd — whether you read every book or just skimmed the back cover, your perspective is welcome. The library staff are happy to suggest titles that fit the theme and can help you find books if you’re not sure what to read.
Bring your latest craft, an open mind, and a willingness to swap recommendations. Chapter Crafters is a great way to meet neighbors, find new reads, and enjoy a calm creative evening. The club meets Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 6:00–7:30 PM at the Enumclaw Library (1700 1st St). No registration required — just show up.
