Event Description
Settle in for the second class of the Art of Ceremony Series with Tea & Sleep, hosted at Yoga Culture in Enumclaw. This evening gathering focuses on herbs, sleep hygiene, and simple rituals that support deeper, more restful sleep. Gina will guide you through practical tips, gentle techniques, and nighttime practices designed to help you fall asleep more easily and stay asleep longer, all in a cozy, supportive environment.
Participants are invited to lean into the pajama-party vibe—wear your coziest sleep attire, bring your favorite blanket or comfort items, and enjoy an intentional space created for rest and restoration. The experience includes a chat about sleep habits, stretches that can be done in bed, guidance on using herbal blends, and a beautiful Nidra Meditation to close the evening. You’ll also sample two different types of herbal tea featuring beautiful, local blends crafted to complement the theme of the night.
